Laptop battery replacement in Whitefield
A battery is a consumable: after a few hundred charge cycles it holds less and less. But "not charging" is often the charger or the charging circuit, not the battery. We test all three, then quote.

If the laptop runs fine on the charger but dies quickly or shuts down at 20–40%, the battery is worn and replacement is the fix. If it does not charge at all, we first test the charger, the charging port and the charging IC on the board; a new battery will not fix those. A swollen battery is a safety issue: stop using it and bring it in.

Before you decide
How do I know if my laptop battery needs replacing?
Runtime under an hour, shutdowns with charge still showing, or a battery report showing full-charge capacity well below design capacity. Swelling is a definite yes, and urgent.
Genuine or compatible battery: which do you fit?
Whichever you choose after we explain both. We name the grade on the quote, and the warranty that comes with it. Customers mention "genuine battery" in their reviews because we told them exactly what they were getting.
Battery not charging: is it the battery or the charging IC?
We test in this order: charger, port, charging circuit, battery. A new battery does nothing for a dead charging IC, which is a board-level repair we do in-house.
My battery is swollen. Is it dangerous?
Treat it seriously. Stop charging, do not press on it, and bring the laptop in. Swelling can crack the trackpad and case and, rarely, become a fire risk. We remove and dispose of the pack safely.
Can you replace an internal battery?
Yes. Internal packs sit under the palmrest or base cover and take longer to reach, and a few are glued in. That is part of what decides the price.
