Finding us matters here, so read this before you set out. We are on the first floor of the building directly opposite Dress Circle Mall on Whitefield Main Road. Some older listings still call that building South India Shopping Mall. There is a different shop at street level; the stairs beside it bring you up to us. Several customers have written that the passage up is narrow and the shop looks small from outside, which is fair, and it is why we say it plainly instead of pretending otherwise. The bench behind the counter is where the work happens.
What happens when you walk in
- You describe the fault in your own words. "It wasn't getting charged" is a perfectly good description.
- We look at it there and then when the queue allows, or take it in with your name and number.
- The check is free. You get the fault and one written price before any work starts.
- You approve, or you take the laptop home. No charge either way, no pressure.
Getting here
- Landmark: opposite Dress Circle Mall, Whitefield Main Road. First floor.
- From ITPL and EPIP Zone: straight down Whitefield Main Road. We also collect from tech-park offices.
- From Brookefield, Hoodi, Kadugodi, Varthur, Immadihalli: all within our free pickup radius if you would rather not travel. Pickup areas.
- Parking: street parking on Whitefield Main Road, busiest in the evenings.
- Public transport: Whitefield Main Road is on the main bus corridor; the nearest metro station is Whitefield (Kadugodi).
What to bring
- The charger. It is the first thing we test on any power or charging fault.
- The model number if you have it, or we read it off the underside. How to find it.
- An external drive if you want a backup taken before work.
- Nothing else. No appointment, no paperwork.
What the workshop can do that a collection service cannot
Board-level work needs a bench, a power supply, hot air and magnification, and it needs the laptop in front of the person doing the diagnosis. That is why chip-level repair is our speciality and why customers arrive here after another centre said a board had to be replaced.
