We first check the drive is healthy (a failing disk looks like a software fault), back up your files, then repair Windows in place or reinstall cleanly and restore your files and drivers. Password lock-outs are recoverable without losing data.

It says "no boot device found". Is my data gone?
Usually not. Either the drive is not being detected (cable, drive, or BIOS setting) or the boot record is damaged. We check the drive and recover files first, then fix the boot.
Do I need to buy Windows again?
Almost never. Laptops sold with Windows carry a digital licence tied to the machine; a reinstall activates automatically.
I am locked out of my laptop. Can you get me in without losing files?
Yes, for local accounts and for Microsoft accounts via the online recovery. Your files are untouched.
